Rush University Medical Center is seeking a full-time BC/BE Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Physician to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush’s main campus in downtown Chicago and Rush clinics in the western suburbs.
The qualified candidate will be a key faculty member for the Rush Center for Reproductive Health at Rush’s main campus in downtown Chicago, IL. The Rush Center for Advanced Reproductive Care has provided comprehensive reproductive care for more than 20 years specializing in routine infertility care and high-risk and complex cases. Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding ability to communicate compassionately and effectively with patients.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology group at Rush University Medical Center includes generalists, OB hospitalists, and sub-specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, family planning, and advanced practice providers, as well as working closely with colleagues in neonatology, anesthesiology, other medical specialties, nursing and ancillary staff.
Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
Pay Range: $ 335,275 - $ 529,483
