  Schedule:

  • Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with typical 12-hour shifts.
  • Higher volume facilities may offer 10-hour shifts.
  • No on-call duties are required.

  Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rates range from $215 to $300, with most facilities offering around $250 per hour.

  Benefits:

  • Full-time positions (120 hours/month) come with minimal benefits.
  • Full benefits are available at 139 hours/month.
  • Additional perks include a signing bonus and relocation assistance.

  Experience Level:

  • New residents are welcome; you should be close to board eligibility.
  • We accept ABFM, ABIM, and ABEM certifications at some facilities, with a preference for ABEM.
