General Cardiologist in Johnson City, NY

The United Health Services Hospitals Heart and Vascular Institute is seeking a general Cardiologist to join our growing Cardiology team. 

Job Overview:

• Work beside highly trained professionals with a strong dedication to excellent quality cardiac care
• Team consists of:
• 12 cardiologists including 4 interventionalists, 3 electrophysiologists and 5 non-interventionalists
• 11 cardiology NPs
• 2 cardiothoracic surgeons
• 3 surgical PAs
• 2 CVICU NPs in our surgical program.   
• 1:5 call
• UHS Heart & Vascular also offers teaching opportunities within our Cardiology Fellowship (8 fellows total)
• Opportunity to teach residents and medical students with Upstate Medical University in Syracuse
• Ability to participate in clinical research
• Supportive of J1 Visa sponsorship

Requirements:

• Must be BC/BE in Cardiology or must obtain these Board Certification within two (2) years of hire
