Currently recruiting for an Adult Psychiatrist/Medical Director  for their

Adult Addiction Programs

If you are looking for a part-time practice opportunity, have an Addiction Fellowship or Addiction Medicine experience, this is the opportunity for you! 

Sea Grove Recovery will open its doors late this year. We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist, with either an Addiction Fellowship or experience in treating substance-use disorder patients. In this role, the Medical Director will provide addiction medicine expertise and oversight to patients, the medical department, and the Sea Grove treatment team.

Position Details:

• Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week. 
• Choose an independent contractor arrangement or hospital employed position.
• Medical oversight of the program.
• Providing clinical duties of direct patient care & case consultation with clinical staff.
• On-call coverage for consultation or crisis intervention  - typically during office hours.
• The provider will be a critical part of client treatment plans and updates.

Requirements:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited program (required).
• Psychiatry board certification or board eligibility (required).
• Addiction Fellowship or Addiction Medicine experience is a plus.
• Current SC Medical Physician license, in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure (required).
• Meets all credentialing criteria required.

Sea Grove Recovery will provide treatment for adults with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. Our 41-bed facility is in a serene wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

With different levels of care, ranging from residential rehab to outpatient care, Sea Grove Recovery provides treatment tailored to the needs of patients struggling with addiction. Our experienced team will provide a specialized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of you or your loved one.
