Job Summary:
Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls is seeking Geriatric SEC faculty member to support its Internal Medicine residency program.Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified or board eligible
- ABIM/AOBIM or ABFM/AOBFM board certified or eligible in Geriatrics
- Idaho licensure and DEA
- Open to J-1 visa candidates
- Participation as an active core faculty member in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program and graduate medical education administrative experience prior to appointment is a plus
- Willing to combine teaching, clinical responsibility and administrative time
- 2-4 half days of GME administrative time
- 1 half day a week dedicated to didactics
- The position will involve attending on the inpatient consultation services and outpatient clinics.
