  as an academic comprehensive cancer program with the American College of  Surgeons Commission on Cancer (CoC), making us the first and longest-running  cancer-accredited program in our region.  At Lipson Cancer Institute, we diagnose and treat all forms of cancer, from more
  common conditions like lung, skin, and breast cancer to rarer malignancies, such as  mesothelioma, throat cancer, and brain cancer. With specialized oncologists,  surgeons, researchers, and supportive care professionals for more than 100  unique conditions, we are a top regional destination for comprehensive cancer  treatment – no matter the diagnosis.

The Opportunity
Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare? We seek a System Division Head of Cancer  Surgical Specialties to lead the charge in transforming our clinical operations. Reporting directly to  the System Executive Medical Director of Cancer Care Services, this role offers a unique opportunity to  shape the future of healthcare delivery at Rochester Regional Health.

Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of care, patient safety, and overall patient experience across the system

Community Engagement:  Build strong relationships with our communities, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored, compassionate care

What You'll Bring
Leadership: Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a track record of driving organizational change and achieving measurable results

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, aligning operational initiatives with organizational goals

Clinical Expertise: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with  board certification in a relevant surgical specialty needed
