Family Practice Physician in Martinsburg, WV

Family Practice Physician (One opening at Valley Health Systems in Martinsburg, WV)  Provide clinical care services to patients. Family Practice Physician is Family Medicine and will treat both adults and children.  In addition to providing clinical care services to patients, the Family Practice Physician will diagnose and treat illnesses or injuries, address health maintenance, perform annual physicals and well child visits, order labs and testing, provide patient education, provide referrals to specialists and create treatment plans.  Reqs: MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent degree.
