• Average 4000 cases per year; > 80% outpatient for general surgery, ortho/blocks, ENT, GYN, endoscopy, podiatry/blocks, simple urology, spine
• OB: average 30 deliveries/month

• Home call requires 30-minute response time
• Surgical case volume average is 5000 per year with Anesthesiologist involvement at 60-70%
  80% cases are outpatient
