Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) Family Medicine Physician to work with collaborative, compassionate group of Caregivers and supported by the PeaceHealth critical access hospital and clinic in Creswell, OR.

PeaceHealth's Creswell Clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty group with hospitals, clinics and clinicians spanning the Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove and Florence communities. Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
