Practice Information

• We are seeking a 5th Urologist to join our growing practice in Provo, UT with surgeries at Utah Valley Hospital
• You can expect to see 20 - 25 patients per day in clinic

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Urology
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
