Kettering Health Dayton’s Family Medicine Residency Program is searching for a board-certified provider to join their engaging faculty team!  The team would ideally prefer for the incoming faculty member to have a few years of experience, but they are also open to considering new graduates with a passion for teaching.  The KHDO Family Medicine Residency is deeply embedded in the Greater Dayton area, providing the best care and support to our Community, while also enriching the education of future Family Medicine residents.  Join our team where continuous innovation, alongside compassion, is highly encouraged to help foster future generations of Family Medicine providers!

  • Low On-Call Responsibilities (Backup to Outpatient Senior Residents On-Call)

  • Residency is team-oriented and collaborative with highly engaged, friendly staff.   

Position Requirements:

  • Board-Certified in Family Medicine
  • Post-Residency Experience Preferred, but not required.
  • Candidate will complete faculty duties, such as resident oversight and mentorship, lecture presentations, faculty/resident evaluations, scholarly activities, etc.
  • Basic In-Office Procedural skills (Joint Injections, Nexplanon, IUD placement, skin procedures)  
  • Ultrasound Skills (POCUS)
  • Must be strong in collaborative communication skills and team building
