Essential Anesthesia Management is owned and operated by practicing anesthesia clinicians with decades of experience in practice management. Our company has experienced rapid growth and we're looking for individuals to help expand our reach in the healthcare management industry.
We are looking for an Anesthesiologist to join our group at Foundation Surgical Hospital in San Antonio, TX. This team will be composed of 1 MD and 5 CRNAs daily. Case mix includes Urology, Spine, Plastics, Ortho, General and Bariatrics.
Job Share compensation is $312,5000 1099 + call back rate of $325/HR. This position is for 26 weeks of coverage with reasonable vacation buy-back. Call is beeper call from home, but extremely rare to be called in - last year the MD was called in less than 2 times. No scheduled cases on the weekend and call is only for in-house patients. This facility has no ER cases. EAM covers Medical Malpractice. We also offer access through a partnership to cost-effective group health, dental, life and disability plans—all while maintaining the benefits and flexibility of being 1099.
