The Division of Rheumatology at National Jewish Health seeks a Clinic director to lead the outpatient rheumatology practice at National Jewish Health main campus and its satellite clinic.   • National Jewish Health Rheumatology Davison is expecting expansion and growth in areas of patient care, research and graduate medical education.
  • Work in a state-of-the-art, interdisciplinary, and multispecialty academic health center and research facility. We are the designated Center for Systemic Sclerosis treatment and research and one of the few Sjögren’s clinic in the nation.
  • Assist in facilitating clinical trials in systemic sclerosis, myositis, Sjögren’s, rheumatoid arthritis and ILD.
  • Enhance practice efficiencies and patient access by working closely with other leaders within the institution and University Of Colorado.
  • Collaborate with other divisions/departments to enhance our multi-disciplinary clinics and programs.

  • The Division has in-house infusion centers, physical therapy, musculoskeletal ultrasound and a bone health clinic.
  • The Division has unfettered access to the Institution’s full service Clinical Research Enterprise that supports NIH-sponsored, industry-sponsored, and investigator-initiated investigation, as well as an Institutional Biospecimen Bank and Research Informatic Services.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Outpatient clinical care
  • Teaching residents and fellows, and participation in all academic facets of the Division
  • Participating in CME programs

Qualifications:

  • BC in Internal Medicine
  • BC/BE in Rheumatology and have a strong commitment to clinical care and/or research
  • Eligible to hold a Colorado license
