Opportunity Details Include:

• Full-Time Position
  • Monday - Friday Schedule
  • 36 patient-facing hours (1.0 FTE)
• 18-22 patients day
• 12 primary care exam rooms
• 3 specialty exam rooms (for rotating specialists)
• Employed by SSM Health Medical Group
• Work with Experienced FM Colleagues
