Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity

Bryan Physician Network, physician enterprise of Bryan Health, is looking for a BE/BC orthopedic trauma surgeon to provide coverage for a mix of clinic, consults and surgery along with community coverage.  We offer full-time orthopedic traumatology services at the trauma center and provide orthopedic response for the Medical Center’s ED and inpatient consults.

Here are a few details:

• ACS Level II Trauma Center (functions like a Level I w/o residents)
• Established, Respected Team -  MD’s, dedicated APPs
• Approx 2300 trauma cases in 2023
• Dedicated Ortho-Trauma OR
• 10 Call Days / Month
• Ability for elective practice, if desired
• Clinic – 1 day/week
• Monthly Practice Meetings
• Specialty Support (to name a few)
• Trauma – SCC
• ID
• IR
• Prosthetics/orthotics
• Acute Rehab
• Hospitalist – isolated ortho w/ medical is admitted to this team
• Plastics
• Wound
• Ability to do research if desired
• Mentorship / Collegiality
