Job Description

Corewell Health West Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Geriatrician or Internist (with demonstrated experience in geriatrics) to join our team specializing in the care of our elderly and medically frail population at Corewell Health West in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Enjoy a high level of clinical, clerical, and administrative support while developing your Geriatric practice.

Our physicians oversee and spend dedicated time in one to three of our Grand Rapids area Corewell Health Rehabilitation and Nursing Facilities.  Excellent Advanced Practice Providers provide day to day care for the residents and have developed great relationships with the care centers and their nurses and staff.  Enjoy being part of a collaborative & multidisciplinary care team with excellent administrative support.
