The Michigan State University division of urology seeks board eligible / board certified candidate for a full time, Associate / Assistant Professor faculty position in the urologic surgery division. We have a growing clinical program that provides a broad range of opportunities for clinical practice, teaching, and research. The position includes a strong clinical focus on inpatient and outpatient surgical patient care, with active participation in the clinical education of urologic surgery residents within an ACGME accredited, urologic surgery residency program, as well as education of diverse medical students at Michigan State University. Urology faculty provide clinical care and procedures in MSU's newly renovated office space. Inpatient care and surgical procedures are performed at McLaren Greater Lansing and Sparrow Hospital with optional ASC block time available. Both hospitals are fully equipped with state-of-the-art urologic instrumentation, including DaVinci robots with teaching consoles to support residents educational needs. Each hospital supports high volume urology case volumes. Doctorate -Urological Surgery
DO or MD License in Michigan, Board Eligible or Board Certified in urological surgery.
Leadership experience is desirable.
