• Flexible 2–5 day workweek
• Full-time option: 4 clinic days + 1 optional remote telemedicine day
• 100% outpatient practice
• Minimal call (approximately one phone call per month)
• Immediate patient volume with established referral network
• Average 18 patients per day
• Optional inpatient consults for additional income
• Join two established Rheumatologists

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 guaranteed base salary
• $62/wRVU with uncapped productivity
• $500,000+ earning potential
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 weeks paid time off
