Baptist Health Surgical Clinic of Central Arkansas is looking for a Colorectal Surgeon to join our growing colorectal surgery division.
This opportunity will provide a qualified candidate to join the practice at our Little Rock campus. Our medical group welcomes new graduates and experienced physicians to apply. The package includes competitive base salary, full medical/dental/vision insurance coverage and multiple retirement plans with an employer match. If you're looking to join a well established physician-led practice with a growing colorectal division that is making a huge difference in healthcare, Baptist Health is the place for you.
We are looking for a partner with interests in endoscopy plus basic and complex open and minimally invasive colorectal surgery for patients with benign and malignant colorectal conditions, inflammatory bowel disease, functional disorders, and anorectal diseases. Robotic experience is not mandatory. The Surgical Clinic surgeons have an excellent cooperative and collaborative relationship with the largest primary care network in the state as well as GI providers, oncologists, and general surgeons in the community. We offer work/life balance within the Baptist surgical group, and the call rotation is very manageable with 1/7 weekdays and weekends, with a robust team of hospitalists that provide 24-hour coverage.
