System Lead - Comprehensive Women's Medicine

Description:

  • 0.15 FTE (average of 6 hours per week), all administrative work
  • Variable hours, generally within Mon – Fri, 7a – 7p
  • Assist in the creation, development, and ongoing advancement of comprehensive specialty programs within Women’s and Reproductive Health, including but not limited to:
    • Fourth Trimester Care
    • Mid-Life Care
    • Cardio-Obstetrics and Women’s Cardiovascular Health
    • Comprehensive Diabetes
    • Women’s Primary Care
  • Work in collaboration with Service Line Leadership, System Physician Chiefs, and Specialists to grow and enhance the programs and care delivered across the system, including expansion to the OhioHealth Women’s Center
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality & safety, service, finance, and culture within designated programs
  • Work collaboratively across service lines to create patient-centric, holistic, comprehensive care models
  • Reports to the System Vice President, Women’s & Reproductive Health

Requirements:

The ideal candidate could come from a variety of medical background/specialty, though should have passion and experience around the specific needs of women.
