We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving orthopedic practice. Join a practice of three general orthopedic surgeons, three orthopedic spine surgeons, an orthopedic hand surgeon, primary care sports physician, three podiatrists, and one pain physician.

 

Position Details:

  • Service Line Model – includes Spine, Pain, Podiatry
  • Team includes advanced providers, nurses, medical assistants, case managers and office staff
  • In-house digital radiology, PACS, MRI
  • Dedicated Joint Program with Nurse Navigators
  • Mako Robotic System for Total Hip, Knee and Shoulder
  • Peri-Operative Medicine Program for care coordination of all elective cases
  • 1:6 Call with Physician Assistant taking 1st Call
  • Flexible Office Schedule with 2 OR Days per Week

Compensation Details:

  • Competitive Base Salary – guaranteed first two years
  • Signing bonus of 100K
  • Full Hospital Benefits including 403b, 457f, malpractice, tail coverage
  • 30 Paid Vacation Days
  • 5 CME Days annually with an allowance
