Service Line Leadership Opportunity at Guthrie's Level 1 Trauma Center
- Excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to head the development of our Behavioral Health Service Line
- Provide guidance to the organization in the areas of strategic planning, strategy execution and implementation of behavioral health care management programs
- Offer broad leadership over clinical operations and quality of care for system-wide Behavioral Health
- Establish budgeted targets for the Department’s programmatic growth
- Improve alignment and engagement of team across the organization
Candidate Requirements

- BC/BE in Psychiatry
- Ability to obtain/maintain Pennsylvania and New York state license
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in hospital or health system of notable size and complexity

A 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, Pa., is the recipient of numerous national awards for the high quality care it provides to patients.
