  • OBGYN Generalist - MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center: Just 12 miles from Washington D.C. and Andrews Airforce Base in lovely Clinton, MD

Position Overview: As a Women's Health/OBGYN Generalist at MedStar Health, you'll enjoy:

Opportunity Details:

  • Average of 2-4 deliveries per day per physician
  • At MSMHC, 3 clinic days a week, 1 OR day, and 1 L&D coverage day with 18-24 patients per day
  • Inpatient data varies typically on an average of 2-4 deliveries per day per physician 
  • Flexible schedule - 48 hours per week, can vary from 12 to 24-hour shifts
  • 2 robots available for procedures
  • Support from 5 midwives
  • Access to Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn Oncology, Urogynecology, and MIGS

Practice Details:

  • Level II Special Care Nursery
  • Comprehensive women's health services, including MFMs, rotating OB Hospitalists, and certified midwives onsite
  • Located in Clinton, MD, Southern Maryland's 200-bed community teaching hospital offers round-the-clock anesthesia and pediatric support, with daily neonatal coverage and approximately 900 births annually.
  • This opportunity allows for both inpatient and outpatient practice.

This position has a hiring range of  $330,000 - $350,000 for this position.
