Arc Health is actively seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to provide compassionate and comprehensive emergency medical care at a respected Indian Health Service facility in picturesque Crownpoint, New Mexico.
Position Overview: We are looking for committed and mission-driven social medicine practitioners who are interested in joining a dynamic and potentially disruptive social healthcare enterprise. Ideal candidates will consider returning to the facility for at least one to two weeks each month. Additional Information: Our partner facility in New Mexico serves a population of 20,000 Navajo people and operates as a 20-bed hospital. In FY20, the daily inpatient load was 4 patients, with 129,239 outpatient visits and 717 annual OB visits. The Emergency Department schedule is divided into three 12-hour shifts: 8am - 8pm (day), 12pm - 12am (swing), and 8pm - 8am (night).
Location: Crownpoint, NM, located in Northwest New Mexico on the Eastern edge of the Navajo Reservation, offers proximity to the Southern Rockies and is only a few hours' drive from Albuquerque and Santa Fe. World-class skiing, superb hiking, and fishing opportunities abound in the area.
