Opportunity Overview:
St. Claire HealthCare is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Director of Osteopathic Education for our University of Kentucky Rural Family Medicine Residency program. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a 4/4/4 program with Osteopathic Recognition, situated within a supportive community and healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Osteopathic Education program, ensuring high standards of osteopathic principles and practices.
- Oversee faculty and resident development, focusing on advancing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and related educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine to enhance program integration and support.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for both faculty and residents.
Qualifications:
- AOA Certification required.
- Experience in Osteopathic Faculty roles preferred.
- Proven leadership skills in medical education and program management.
