FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Position Highlights:
- Outpatient only; 4-day work week
- Options to individualize practice based on interests and training - Can include Sports or Geriatrics if desired
- Practice with a collegial, stable group of providers with an experienced support staff
- Optional opportunity to teach learners of all levels, including Indiana medical students and residents from our on-site program affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine
- Onsite laboratory and full-service diagnostic imaging with full-time radiology support
- Established Hospitalist program supports inpatient care
Compensation and Benefits:
- Income/Incentives package can push $330k
- $60,000 sign on bonus and up to $10,000 paid relocation
- Stipend/Early signing bonus and Loan Repayment program
- 31 PTO days and 5 days for CME/Professional Development
