Advanced Practice Provider Cardiology

Job Summary: 

• Looking for an experienced APP or new grad with ICU, Telemetry and ED Experience 
• Will mainly be located at the Outpatient Cardiology Clinic and will see Cardiovascular disease, structural heart disease and EP patients 
• Occasional Inpatient Hospital rounding 
• Schedule - Option for 5,8's or 4,10's
• No weekend requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics
