Job Summary:
HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking an exceptional physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to join us as Medical Director of an existing programQualified Candidates:
- Board eligible / board certified in PM&R
- Inpatient focus
- Full-time position with Medical Directorship duties
- Provide leadership and direction for existing rehabilitation program
- Cover 20-bed acute inpatient rehab unit located within Panama City Beach, Florida
- CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities) is accredited and ranks in the top 5 for quality outcomes in all of HCA (71 rehab programs)
- A dedicated group of trained therapy and nursing staff including certified rehab nurses
- We treat general acute rehab patients including but not limited to stroke, orthopedic, multiple trauma, amputation, neurological conditions, and debility patients
- Can do consults in hospitals or nursing homes, if interested
