Located within the MyMichigan Health Park Freeland the family medicine team has easy access to specialists in Cardiology and Rheumatology, outpatient services such as radiology and rehabilitation, Urgent Care & Occupational Health. Enjoy flexible scheduling models and a large call group with a nurse triage line.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
• Call 1:5 with nurse triage line support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
• Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
