Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA, is looking to hire an Academic Hospitalist to join our multi-specialty group.

*Academic Hospitalist – Nights (URGENT NEED)

• Hospital owned medical group (Multi-specialty group)
• Night Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity.
• Will work with IM residents - Responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• With experience (Preferred)
• Can do procedures but is not required.
• Must be willing to be cross trained for Primary Care.
• Work Schedule: 7ON 7OFF.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Position in Victorville, CA.
• Salary Range: $275K – 300K
• Base Salary + Productivity

• Sign-on Bonus and Relocation reimbursement will be given.

*Academic Hospitalist - Dayshift

• Hospital owned medical group (Multi-specialty group)

• Responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Responsible for attending coverage for ER admissions and floors.
• Procedures preferred but not required.
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Work Schedule: Traditional 8-5, 5 days a week schedule + 1 weekend per month.
• Open ICU.

• Spanish speaking preferred.

• Position in Victorville, CA.
• Salary Range 250K-300K
• Base Salary + Productivity
• Sign-on Bonus and Relocation reimbursement will be given.
