Elon University Wellness Services & Cone Health

Elon University Wellness Services, in partnership with Cone Health in the beautiful Carolina Corridor of NC, is seeking an experienced FM, IM, or MedPed physician. The physician will be part of a great work environment and teamwork providing an array of services to 8,000 students and 2,000 faculty members of Elon University.

• 10 Months are on-site care and 2 Months Taking Back-Up Phone Call Coverage.
• (0.8) FTE consisting of 32 Hours per week with a 70/30 split of patient care to leadership responsibilities.
• Team consists of (5) APPs, (1) RN, (5) CMAs, and (5) additional support staff.
• Evaluation and treatment of acute illness, injury, splinting, injections, physical exams and GYN services.
• Proficient with sutures, pap smears and microscope for wet mounts.
• Professional Liability Insurance is provided along with tail-coverage.
