As a full-time Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services.  At PeaceHealth, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.  This clinic has "30 clinicians offering Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Same Day, and Behavioral Health services. Vancouver is ideally located minutes from downtown Portland, Oregon. Our community offers excellent schools and exceptional housing options. Along with incredible outdoor activities in the historic Columbia River Gorge or visit the nearby Pacific Ocean, Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens. 

Highlights about the practice:

• Schedule: Full-time, seeing up to "23 patients per day, using EPIC EMR, In-basket support, and "20 births annually per physician
• 1:6 Call: Is every day and shared by all the FPOB providers. Day, night, and weekend requirements divided evenly
• 48 exam spaces, 2 per clinician, shared office space, X-Ray, Lab, Ultrasound, and Pharmacy on-site. Collaborative medical home model with care teams
• PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center has a beautiful, modern birthing center with 2,100 births annually. The Birthing Center has a warm atmosphere with combined labor and delivery rooms and capabilities for high-risk pregnancies. The Level III NICU is steps away. PeaceHealth Medical Group also employs a team of OB/GYN's with 24/7 OB Hospitalist coverage and there is a nurse phone-triage team

• PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is a 450-bed hospital with a Level II trauma center. SWMC is one of the largest employers in Clark County.
