Join Our Team as a Cardiologist - Mercy Health Toledo

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiologist to join our team in Toledo, OH. This unique opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact by bringing much-needed Cardiology expertise to the Toledo market. The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment with ample teaching opportunities and a focus on providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide comprehensive cardiology care to adult and geriatric patients.
  • Perform Right and Left Heart Catheterizations, Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE), and Cardioversions.
  • Maintain a procedural schedule consisting of two procedural days per week and three office days per week.
  • Collaborate with Cardiology fellows and actively participate in teaching and mentoring activities.
  • Work closely with an Electrophysiology (EP) physician practice, focusing on specialized EP procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology.
  • Completion of a Fellowship program in Cardiology.
  • Strong procedural skills in Right and Left Heart Catheterizations, TEE, and Cardioversions.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Ohio.

 

Work Schedule:

 

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Call schedule of 1:3.
