Northeast OBGYN Opportunity Focused on Balance, Support, and Stability

Join a physician-friendly Northeast hospital recognized for compassionate care and long-term provider stability


Practice Highlights 

  • Work-Life Balance Focused - 3 to 4-day workweek with dedicated OR time and 1-2 days fully off from clinic and call responsibilities 
  • Balanced practice averaging just 12-14 patients per day with approximately 250 deliveries annually
  • Shared Call Structure - Nurse Midwives take primary Birth Center call and manage uncomplicated deliveries, creating a highly supported environment

Compensation & Benefits 

  • $350,000 guaranteed base salary

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
