Hospice Physician Opportunity in Northern Maine

Northern Light Home Care and Hospice is seeking a full time, hospice physician for the Aroostook County area in Maine. The right candidate would provide excellent and compassionate care to hospice patients, with a mixture of visits at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle, Maine, remote visits, and consultations for the region. · Elevated level of schedule flexibility, with some weekends and holidays included

· Focus on clarification of patient and family goals of care, safety, coordination of care
