Position Details:

The practice is seeking a full-time Physician to enhance its patient care strategy. Our team entails 5 Physicians, and 4 Physician Assistants. This role is suited for early-career professionals eager for an opportunity that promises professional growth, autonomy, and the potential for shared ownership.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care to a broad patient demographic, managing 18-28 patients daily. a
  • Work collaboratively with the physician team to uphold the highest care standards.
  • Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations as required.
  • Provide telehealth consultations to ensure continuous and comprehensive patient care.

 

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO with CA License
  • BC or BE in Family Medicine
  • EPIC EMR experience
  • Key personal attributes include adaptability, compassion, and critical thinking skills.

 

Work Schedule:

The role includes a 4.5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, with flexibility and autonomy in scheduling, adhering to on-call rotation protocols. Additionally, Call is 1:5 Weekdays, 1:5 Weekends.
