The Bay Pines VA is seeking a board certified/board eligible physician who has successfully completed a residency program in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Fellowship training in head and neck surgical oncology and microvascular surgery required.
The physician will provide a full range of medical, procedural, and surgical care in general Otolaryngology to adult patients, with a primary focus in surgical care, including microvascular reconstruction, of head and neck cancer patients. A physician able to perform advanced endoscopic sinus surgery in addition to the skills listed above is also preferred. The position encompasses a mixture of inpatient and outpatient care. Call responsibilities are included in the position. The physician will also participate in resident and medical student conferences and educational activities.
