• Other Details: The facility, which trauma level 1 is looking for a provider with DEA certification to cover clinical hours plus beeper call. Dates of coverages is ongoing needs but urgent dates of 4/15,4/16,4/22-4/24,4/29-5/1,5/6-5/8,5/13-5/16, 5/18-5/29, 6/3-6/5,6/8- 6/20,6/24-6/27. There are an average of 20-30 patients per shift.
