Seeking a full time(1.0FTE) Family MedicinePhysicianto work with collaborative, compassionate group of Caregivers and supported by the PeaceHealth critical access hospital and clinic in Creswell, OR.

PeaceHealth's Creswell Clinic is part of a larger multi-specialty group with hospitals, clinics and clinicians spanning the Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove and Florence communities. Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
