• Providing visionary leadership to align departmental goals with the overall mission and objectives of Anna Jaques Hospital.
• Monitoring and evaluating clinical protocols, treatment modalities, and patient outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with other hospital services, including outpatient therapy and day programming.
