Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute in Kansas City, MO is seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained spine neurosurgeon to join a well-established, growing team.

About the position
• The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and cohesive team of five exceptionally trained neurosurgeons
• Practice will consist of general neurosurgery with an emphasis in spine and the ideal candidate should be comfortable treating spine and cranial trauma
• Several of the neurosurgeons in the practice have subspecialty interests and have developed multidisciplinary programs to enhance the quality of their work
• The providers participate in weekly multidisciplinary case conferences, as well as collaborate on evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance the management and care of patients throughout the health system
• Saint Luke’s Hospital and the Institute are supported by an 18-bed neuro-intensive care unit with 24/7 intensivist coverage
• Saint Luke’s Hospital is the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC, commensurate with level of experience
