Anesthesiologist - Physician Owned - Opportunity available in the beautiful coastal town of Brunswick, Maine

Spectrum Healthcare Partner's Coastal Anesthesiology Division is seeking a General Anesthesiologist (board certified / board eligible) to join our established group of 25 anesthesiologists to provide coverage to community hospitals in the greater Portland, Maine area. Regional Fellowship or strong regional skills preferred. This full-time position includes a generous compensation (salary range is between $490,000 - $510,000) and benefits package.

• The successful applicant would join our practice location in Brunswick, a town of 21,000 people and the cultural, educational, and culinary hub of Maine's Mid-Coast, just 30 minutes north of Portland.
• Brunswick has an idyllic downtown leading to the banks of the Androscoggin River, yet it is only minutes from the rocky coast of Casco Bay and provides ample opportunities for year-round outdoor adventures.
• This position would predominately cover a 100-bed community hospital, with the opportunity for home-call based on proximity. The applicant would also provide coverage at ambulatory surgical centers in the Greater Portland Area our practice supports.

Spectrum Healthcare Partners Southern Anesthesiology Division has a growing team of 40+ established anesthesiologists who provide coverage to Maine Medical Center (MMC) in Portland, Maine. MMC, a 700-bed academic tertiary care hospital and the only level 1 trauma center in Maine, is also a teaching affiliate of Tufts University. MMC has active pediatric surgical subspecialties, a large cardiac and heart failure program, high-risk obstetrics, and growing residency and fellowship programs.
