Quincy Medical Group (QMG) has an exciting opportunity for a board certified or eligible Pediatrician to join our team. With more than 155 physicians and providers in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri, QMG has been a recognized leader in healthcare for more than 85 years, and we continue to lead the way in transforming healthcare.

Join Our Team

• Collegial, well-respected team of 4 Pediatricians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.
• Flexible work schedule that can be designed to meet personal and professional needs. Physicians typically work a 4-day workweek plus 1 Saturday per month.
• Primarily outpatient practice; physicians have hospital privileges and round on patients daily.
• Rounding and call schedule to ensure work/life balance. Hospital Call is 1:8, plus back-up call for clinic is rotated.
• Extended hour walk-in clinic covered by 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Average 18-20 patients on a full day in clinic.
• Office hours are based on physician preferences. Can start clinic as early as 7 a.m. and end as late as 7 p.m.
• Enjoy a strong compensation package greater than the 75^th percentile. Many physicians are over the 90^th percentile. 
• Strong referral network and support team.
• Epic EHR.

Compensation and Benefits

• $2500 CME allowance

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $550,000.
