• Join 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, and Opticians
• Flexible schedule, open to 4-day work week
• Bread and butter cases including cataracts, cornea, diabetic retinopathy, eyelid procedures, glaucoma, macular degeneration and medical retina
• Equipment includes YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam
• Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone

We Offer

• Unlimited earning potential, with physicians earning up to $1.2 million annually
• Eligible for shareholder status and ASC ownership in just 1 year, no buy-in required and zero downside risk
• 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing
• Eligible for sign-on (10% of salary), loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment, and relocation
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays
• $2,500 CME allowance plus license and certification renewals
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,200,000.
