  • Primary care practices include 13 family medicine physicians, 6 internal medicine physicians, 5 family medicine advance practice providers and 1 internal medicine advance practice provider.
  • Prior practice experience is required.
  • Primary need is outpatient coverage but physician is welcome to see their patients in the hospital if desired. There are also two call groups who care for patients inpatient if physician desires to share in call. Greatest need is caring for patients 18+ since we have a robust pediatric practice. 
  • Office hours vary based on physician preferences.  All new physicians should have at least 36 patient contact hours during their guarantee period.  We have physicians who see patients as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 5:30 pm.  Most primary care physicians work between 4 and 4.5 days/week. Average 18-20 patients on a full day.
  • There are a few different call groups within primary care.  Most have between 1:4 or 1:5 call but the calls are first routed to our after-hours line, so call is not onerous.  Patients who wind up in the ER or hospital are cared for by our physicians who go inpatient.
  • No expectations for after hours or express care.  We do have an urgent care and primary care physicians can pick up shifts there, primarily on weekends.
  • Enjoy a strong compensation package greater than the 75th percentile. Many physicians are over the 90th percentile. In addition, a $30,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 moving expense reimbursement are included.

  • Catalyst stipend of $2,500/month while completing training

  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $275,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $275,000 - $425,000.
