Position Highlights:

• 100% Outpatient
• Join a team of 2 Physician and 3 APPs
• Office Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am-5pm 
• Provider Schedule: 4.5 Day Work Week! 
• Shared call coverage with providers

• Board- Eligible/ Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
