Welcome to Community Health of Central WA, where we all work together to provide the people in our region access to affordable and appropriate healthcare through our services and education. Founded by our Family Medicine Residency program (CWFM) in 1993, CHCW has grown into an integrated health care model to include full spectrum primary care, pediatric, senior residential care, behavioral and addiction care, and dental serving the Yakima and Kittitas Counties at multiple sites.

Practice Highlights at our Ellensburg Dental Care Clinic
- DDS or DMD to provide general, comprehensive, and preventative dentistry services.
- Join a highly collegial team of Dental Providers serving an ethnically diverse patient population in a rural University town.
- Integrated services and access to onsite Medical, BH, Addiction Medicine, Pharmacy, WIC, First Steps.
- Expected minimum encounters of 16+ per day after ramp-up.
- Flexible 4/10 schedule.
- Working with, and sensitive to a marginalized patient population in a FQHC/CHC setting would be a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus.

- Base Salary: $170k-$180K includes differential, experience and eligibility for additional productivity incentives.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited Dental School.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- Prefer a minimum of 12 months of post-graduate experience.
- Great peer references and in good standing.
- Approved for credentialing with Medicaid, and health plans.
