Kettering Health is actively recruiting a talented and motivated cardiothoracic surgeon to join our expanding team of four at two of our main hospitals within a 10-minute distance of each other. The ideal candidate will possess stellar surgical dexterity, exceptional interpersonal skills and maturity, a robust set of clinical and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, collegial, and have a willingness to learn.
Kettering Health’s cardiothoracic surgery group is a leading practice in Dayton, Ohio. Our program conducts approximately 600 open heart surgeries annually. Our group primarily focuses on cardiac and thoracic surgeries. We also offer specialized programs, including TAVR and MitraClip for structural heart procedures. We anticipate launching an ECMO program in 2024 followed by an LVAD/mechanical assist device program in 2025.
