West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division seeks an Urgent Care Physician (ranks available: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Berkeley and Jefferson Counties, WV

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Urgent Care. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent State medical license and DEA registration is required by start date. Successful candidate must have completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

• Main location: Spring Mills, WV with flexibility to cover in Inwood, WV & Charles Town, WV
• Number of Patients per day varies
• Clinical Responsibility is to evaluate and treat patients
• APP Supervision is a requirement
• Clinics open Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM Sunday 12PM-8PM
• Required work schedule: 12 hour shifts with alternating block of workdays
• Rotating holidays worked
