Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Earn up to $525K for Pediatric CV Anesthesiologists, with new graduates starting at $475K.
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for productivity-based bonuses up to $30K annually.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health insurance, PTO, 401k retirement plan with 14% matching, and a CME allowance of $5750 per year.
• Relocation Assistance: Support available for relocation to Jackson, MS.

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Experience: Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia; cardiac anesthesia experience is a plus.
• Licensure: Active Mississippi medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Sponsorship: J1 and H1 visa candidates welcome.
